Description

This lamp post, located before number 69 on Castle Street, dates from the late 19th century. It features a tapering octagonal shaft made of painted cast iron, with decorative bands of necking. The base is a moulded octagonal plinth, and it supports a quadrangular lamp. This lamp post is part of a group of listed buildings on the east side of Castle Street.
