Description

The lamp post located before number 53 on Castle Street is from the later 19th century. It features a tapering octagonal shaft with bands of necking and a moulded octagonal plinth. The lamp itself is quadrangular and includes cresting. This lamp post is part of a group of listed buildings on the east side of Castle Street.
