House. Late C16/early C17. Timber framed on rendered plinth, whitewashed rubblestone cladding to ground floor right with stock brick dressings, white- washed brick infill to exposed frame on remainder. Tile hung gable on first floor end to left; plain tiled half hipped roof with rear ridge stack to left of centre. 2 storeys, four framed bays with four C19 casement windows across first floor. Planked door in gabled porch of "rustic" style to left of centre. Right hand return front: weatherboard half hip outshot across rear, catslide outshot C20 to end right.

Interior: Frame visible, stop chamfered joists and main beam, deep brick fireplace. Stone posts to deep chimney in ground floor room to right.
