Description

Creg-Ny-Baa and the left hand cottage is a house, now divided, dating from the early 17th century. It has a timber frame that is exposed on both floors, with red brick infill on the right side of the first floor and whitewashed brick infill and cladding on the ground floor. The building is two storeys high and features end stacks, with the left stack having a crowstepped design on the rear side and a sandstone plinth. There is curved end bracing on the left side of the first floor. The house has three casement windows on the first floor and three below, with the end windows being three-light. A gabled whitewashed brick porch is located to the right of the centre, featuring a plank door. To the left, there is a glazed door in a pentice roofed extension. Additionally, there is a whitewashed brick, flat roofed extension to the right and a gabled extension at the rear.
