Description
The Round House is a former lodge that has been converted into a house. It dates from the late 18th century and was extended at the rear in the 20th century. The building is constructed of red brick and features a hipped plain tiled roof. It has two storeys with a brick dentilled eaves and an angled front. Each face of the building has one Y-shaped tracery leaded casement window on both floors. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed door set beneath a pointed arch, which includes a transom light above that also features Y tracery. At the rear, there is a single-storey extension with a corrugated asbestos roof.
