Description

This is a 17th-century barn located 5 yards south of Home Farm House in East Clandon. It features a timber frame set on a brick plinth, with weatherboard cladding. The barn has a large, half-hipped roof covered in plain tiles, which extends down in a catslide over the central aisle at the front. The building is rectangular in shape and has pigeon entrances to the left under the eaves. There are three ground floor casement windows below, and full-height wagon doors to the left of center, next to a pentice extension, which open onto three bays at the front. The barn is included for its group value.
