Description

The Mausoleum is a structure located in Painshill Park, Cobham, dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is built of brick, with parts faced in ashlar and others rendered. The design was originally based on a triumphal arch, featuring a central arch that has since collapsed, along with side arches that are topped with round heads. At the time of the last survey, the mausoleum was in a ruinous condition.
