Description

Wilcote Grange Barn is a barn that has been converted into a house, dating from the mid to late 18th century, with possible medieval origins. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features a gabled stone slate roof. The barn has a six-bay plan and includes a central gabled midstrey. The building has 20th-century door and window openings. On the rear left side, facing the churchyard, there are two medieval offset buttresses. Although the interior was not inspected, it is noted to have a collar-truss roof with butt purlins. This building is included for its group value.
