Description

School Cottage is a house located on Wootton Church Street, with a datestone above the door indicating it was built in 1738. The building is constructed from squared and coursed limestone and features a gabled stone slate roof with a stone stack on the right end. It has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys tall with a two-window range. The windows and the 20th-century door are topped with keyed stone lintels. Inside, the cottage has chamfered beams.
