Description

Hillside is a house dating from the early to mid-18th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble, with late 19th-century roughcast applied to the front. The building features a gabled stone slate roof and stone end stacks. It has a two-unit plan, is two storeys high, and has a three-window range. The central entrance consists of a 20th-century plank door. To the left, there are late 19th-century or 20th-century two-light casements and a canted bay window. At the rear left, there is a two-storey wing from the 18th century made of similar materials. Although the interior has not been inspected, it is noted to have chamfered beams.
