Description
No. 2 The Green is a house located in Sutton Courtenay, dating from the early 17th century on the right side and the late 18th century on the left. The building is roughcast, likely over brick, with an old plain-tile roof on the right and a slate roof on the left, which is hipped at the left end. There is a brick stack at the right end and a ridge stack on the left return. The house features a two-storey, single-window range on the right and a taller two-storey, two-window range on the left. The central entrance has a 4-pane part-glazed door, with a 20-pane unhorned sash window to the left and a 3-light casement window to the right. On the first floor, there are 9-pane unhorned sashes to the left and center, and a 3-light casement to the right. The interior has not been inspected.
