Description

River Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century, with alterations made in the late 19th century. The house has a rendered plinth and irregular timber framing, incorporating replaced timbers with roughcast infill. The roof is thatched, and there are brick end stacks. It is two storeys high with a 3-window front. A 6-panel door is positioned to the left of the centre. The windows are a mix of 2-light casements, with a horizontal sash window on the ground floor to the left. One window is a horizontal sash. The interior has not been inspected.
