Description

Orchard Cottage is a house dating from the late 17th century. It features a rendered plinth and large timber framing with painted brick infill. The roof is thatched and half-hipped, with a brick ridge stack located to the right of the center, which has a diagonally set flue. The building is two stories high and has a four-window range. There is a 20th-century plank door leading to a 20th-century porch positioned to the left of center. The windows are irregularly arranged and consist of 19th-century casements. The interior has not been inspected.
