Description

Triangle Cottage is a house dating from the late 17th century, with some 20th-century alterations. It features a 20th-century brick plinth topped with plain-tile coping, and large timber framing that is covered with 20th-century planks and has rendered infill. The roof is thatched and hipped to the right, with a brick ridge stack on the left and an end stack on the right. The house is two stories high with a two-window range. There is a 20th-century porch with a plank door located at the rear center. All openings have 20th-century two-light wood casements. Inside, there is a queen post roof with wind braces and an open fireplace on the ground floor to the left. A chamfered spine beam with ogee end stops is also present on the ground floor left. To the left, there is a single-storey, single-window addition that has timber framing with rendered infill and a thatched roof.
