Description

Wharf Barn is a barn that has been converted into a house. It is likely from the early 17th century and was converted around 1913 by Walter Cave for Mrs. Asquith. The structure features large timber framing with 20th-century brick infill and some weatherboarding. It has an old plain-tile half-hipped roof and a brick lateral stack. The building is two storeys high with an attic and consists of a three-bay range. The windows are of irregular 20th-century design. The interior has not been inspected.
