Description
Woodbine Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century, with the roof likely raised in the 19th century. It features timber framing with rendered infill and an old plain-tile roof that is half-hipped to the right, along with a central brick ridge stack. The cottage has a two-unit lobby-entry plan and is two stories high with a three-window range. There is a plank door leading to a gabled porch at the center. All openings have three-light wood casements with leaded lights, except for the first-floor center, which has a two-light wood casement with leaded lights. The interior has not been inspected. There is probably an early 18th-century single-storey addition at right angles to the left, constructed of timber framing with rendered infill and a 20th-century plain-tile hipped roof.
