Description
Corner House is a house, possibly a former farmhouse, dating from the early 17th century, with likely earlier structures at the rear. It features a rendered exterior, probably over timber framing, and has an old plain-tile roof that is half-hipped on the right and gabled on the cross-wing. There are brick ridge stacks at the center and on the cross-wing. The building is a single storey with an attic and has a two-window range, with the cross-wing to the left being two storeys and also having an attic. A plank door is located to the left of the center. The windows are irregularly arranged and consist of 20th-century wooden casements. A pargetted panel depicting a thistle head is found on the gable end of the cross-wing, and there are 20th-century dormers. The interior has not been inspected.
