Description

Star Cottage is a house that likely dates from the late 17th century. It features a rendered plinth and square timber-framing with roughcast infill. The roof is covered with old plain tiles and is half-hipped to the right, with a brick ridge stack located at the rear. The building is two stories high and has a two-window range, with three-light wood casements that have leaded lights in all openings. There is a plank door at the rear. The interior has not been inspected. Attached to the left of the cottage is a cob wall, which is approximately 1.5 meters high and 12 meters long, topped with thatch coping.
