Description

Inglenook and Penny Green is a house, now divided into two dwellings, dating to the 16th century, with a front wall raised in the 19th century. The left side of the building is painted brick, while the right side is roughcast, likely over brick. The roof is of old plain tiles, constructed with varying pitches and half-hipped to the right. It has a brick end stack to the right, a ridge stack in the centre, and an internal stack to the right. The building is two storeys high, with a three-window front. A 20th-century door is located to the right of the centre, and a four-panel door is on the left. The windows are irregular and are 20th-century casements. Inside, there are three bays of cruck construction.
