Description

White Cottage is a house likely dating from the early 17th century. It is timber-framed with rendered infill, and has a thatched, half-hipped roof. A brick ridge stack is located to the left of the centre. The house follows a three-unit lobby entry plan. It is a single-storey building with an attic, and has a three-window front. A 20th-century plank ribbed door is set within a gabled porch on the left side. There are 20th-century flat-roofed bay windows to the left and centre, and a two-light casement window to the right. Three swept dormers are present, each with a three-light casement window. The interior has not been inspected.
