Description
Saint Lucien's Cottage is a house dating from the mid-17th century. It features a flint plinth and is rendered on timber framing, with vertical boarding likely also on timber framing to the right. The roof is covered with old plain tiles and has a brick ridge stack positioned to the left of center. The layout is probably a three-unit lobby-entry plan. The cottage is a single storey with an attic and has a three-window range. There is a plank door located to the left of center, surrounded by wood architrave and topped with a gabled hood supported by brackets. The ground floor has two-light leaded wood casements with segmental heads, while the attic features three gabled dormers with two-light leaded wood casements. The rear of the cottage displays large timber framing, and the left return gable end has shaped bargeboards. The interior has not been inspected.
