Description

This is a mid-18th century townhouse, now used as offices. The building is constructed of grey brick with red brick dressings, and has a concealed roof and brick end stacks. It is three storeys high with a five-window front. The central entrance features an eight-panel door with an overlight containing decorative glazing bars. The door is set within a painted wooden architrave and a flat brick head. The ground and first floors have twelve-pane unhorned sash windows, except for a single round-topped, twelve-pane unhorned sash on the first floor which has a round brick-arched head. The second floor has nine-pane windows. The base of the plain brick parapet to the roof has stepped brick courses. Inside, there is an 18th century dog-leg staircase to the rear.
