Description

This is a town house, now used as an office, built around 1840. It is constructed of brick with buff brick detailing, has a slate roof with a brick end stack, and a 20th-century brick return wall on the right side. The building is in a Georgian style, with three storeys and a two-window front. It features a top brick cornice. To the left end of the front is a paired entry and entrance: one with fielded-panelled pilasters and an entablature, a plank door, and the other with a six-panel door. The ground floor windows have sills and brick flat arches over plate glass, horned sash windows. The first floor windows are 12-pane sashes, and the second floor windows are 6-pane sashes, all with brick arches.
