Description
This building, known as A.H. Duncombe and Company, is a house that has been converted into offices. It likely dates from the mid-17th century, with an 18th-century front and later alterations. The exterior is rendered, probably over brick, and it features an old plain-tile roof. There is a brick stack at the left end and a ridge stack to the right of the center. The building is two stories high and has a three-window range. To the left, there is a 20th-century carriageway arch. The ground floor has four 20th-century casements fitted into the original openings, each with cornices. The first floor has three 20th-century casements in the original openings as well. A brick dentil course runs along the eaves. The interior has not been inspected.
