Description

This building, now occupied by Flatt and Mead, Estate Agents and The Wendy House, is likely from the late 18th century, with an addition made in the early 19th century. It is constructed of grey brick with red brick detailing, and has an old plain-tile roof with a brick end stack on the left side. The building has two storeys and a four-window facade. The original entrance features an 8-panel door, flanked by a segmental brick arch and a flat hood supported by brackets. A 20th-century shop front has been added to the right, including a 20th-century glazed door. A 12-pane sash window with a segmental brick head is located to the left of the centre. Three further 12-pane sash windows are present on the first floor, with a blocked window located to the right of the centre. The interior has not been inspected.
