Description
21 High Street is a house dating from the 17th century, which was remodelled in the 19th century. It features lined render, likely over brick, and has an old plain-tile complex roof with various brick stacks. The building is two storeys tall with a two-window range and a three-storey cross-wing on the right. The central entrance has a six-panel door with a gabled hood supported by brackets. All windows have horned sashes without glazing bars, except for a tripartite sash on the ground floor of the cross-wing. There are gabled half-dormers on the left and centre, also with horned sashes without glazing bars. The cross-gable and half-dormers have 19th-century shaped bargeboards. The right side of the building is constructed of red brick. The interior has not been inspected.
