Description

Brook Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century, with a 20th-century addition to the left. The exterior is roughcast, likely over brick, and features a thatched roof. There is a rendered end stack on the right and a 20th-century brick ridge stack at the junction with the addition on the left. The building is single storey with an attic and has a three-window range. A ribbed door leads to a gabled porch located to the left of the centre. The windows are irregularly arranged casements, and there is a swept dormer to the right of the centre. The interior has not been inspected.
