Description
Old Farmhouse is a probable former farmhouse that has been converted into a house. It dates from the mid-17th century and features 19th-century additions and alterations. The ground floor is constructed of painted brick from the 19th century, while the first floor showcases large timber framing with angle braces. There is also 20th-century brick infill. The roof is thatched and has a half-flipped design, with a brick ridge stack located to the left of center and a 20th-century end stack to the left. The building has a three-unit plan and is two stories high with a three-window range. A plank door is situated to the right of a 19th-century hipped lean-to extension on the left. The ground floor has three-light casements, except for a two-light casement on the right. The first floor features three cross-windows. A queen-post roof truss can be found at the left return gable end. The interior has not been inspected.
