Description
The Ponts is a house dating from the 17th century, with an 18th-century brick front and 19th-century additions. It features painted brick and an old plain-tile roof, with brick stacks located at the rear. The building is a single storey with an attic and has a three-window range. There is likely a former doorway at the center, flanked by two-light wood casements with segmental brick heads. On the left and right, there are three-light wood casements also with segmental brick heads. A dentil course runs along the eaves, and there are two raking dormers. To the right, there is a 19th-century single-storey addition with a 20th-century door at the rear. The left return showcases large timber-framing with painted brick infill, and the gable ends feature queen-post roof trusses. The interior has not been inspected.
