Description

Waterpits is a Grade II listed building that was formerly two cottages and is now a house. It dates from the 17th century and has undergone alterations and additions in the 20th century. The building features irregular timber framing in the center with brick infill, brick on the left side, and flint with brick dressings on the right. It has a plain tile roof and a brick stack. The structure is two stories high and has a five-window range. There is a 20th-century door located on the left return of a 20th-century cross-gable wing to the right of the center. The ground floor has four 20th-century casements, while the first floor has three 20th-century casements. There are brick ridge and end stacks. The interior has not been inspected. Additionally, there is a subsidiary single-storey wing to the right.
