Description
This house, owned by Wroxton College and located approximately 25 meters north of the Baker's Arms Public House, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of ironstone ashlar and features a hipped slate roof with renewed shafts on stone-based ridge and lateral stacks. The building has a double-depth plan and is designed in the Tudor Revival style, standing two storeys tall with a three-window range. There are four steps leading up to an entrance that is off-centre to the left, which features a four-panelled door, an overlight, and a hood mould with label stops. The ground floor includes three tall three-light metal casement windows in wooden frames, each with hood moulds and label stops, and there are three similar windows on the first floor. The interior has not been inspected. This house is included for its group value.
