NORTH NEWINGTON PARK LANE SP 4239 (South side) 15/44 Hill Side GV II House. Mid C18 with C20 alterations. Squared, coursed ironstone. Steeply pitched thatched roof. Brick end stacks on stone bases. 2-unit plan plus lower unit on right. 2 storeys plus attic. 2-window range. Entrance on right has C20 door and thatched hood. Ground floor has C20 windows in original openings with chamfered wood lintels. First floor has 2- and 3-light metal casements in wood frames with wood lintels and wrought-iron casement fasteners. Ironstone quoins. Interior not inspected.
