Description
The Baker's Arms Public House is a late 17th-century establishment that has undergone 20th-century alterations. It is constructed from squared coursed ironstone and features a steeply pitched slate roof, with stone quoins and brick shafts on stone end stacks. The building has a three-unit plan and stands two storeys plus an attic high, with a three-window range. The entrance, located to the right, has a 20th-century door set in a moulded stone frame, complete with an overlight and hood. The entrance is flanked by 20th-century mullioned and transomed windows that have stone flat arches. Similar windows are also present to the left and on the first floor. The building features three gabled roof dormers. The interior has not been inspected.
