Description
Woodbine Cottage is an early 18th-century house located in Fencott and Murcott. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble, featuring wooden lintels and some squared quoins, topped with a thatched roof and brick stacks. The building is designed in an L-plan and consists of one storey plus an attic. The main façade has a regular arrangement of three windows, with a central doorway situated between three-light casements. Above, there are half dormers with three, two, and three lights. A contemporary wing extends to the right, which includes additional casements and a blocked doorway in the angle. The roof has stacks positioned to the left and right of the main range, along with a ridge stack located to the right of the centre. The interior has not been inspected.
