Description
Yew Tree House is an early 18th-century house located on Sulgrave Manor Road. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble and features an artificial stone slate roof with flanking brick stacks. The house has two storeys and an attic, with a three-bay facade. The central doorway is topped with a wooden lintel and has a half-glazed door. On either side of the doorway are three-light casement windows, also with wooden lintels. The first floor has similar windows in the outer bays, which have old iron casements, and a two-light casement window with a wooden lintel in the center. Gabled attic dormers are present as well. To the left, there is a lower extension built in the 18th century using similar materials. This extension has two storeys, is one bay wide, and features two-light casement windows. The interior has not been inspected.
