Description
Threeways is an 18th-century house located on Little Street in Sulgrave. It features a sundial above the doorway that is dated 1772. The building is constructed from coursed limestone rubble and has a slate roof with flanking stone stacks. It is designed in an L-plan, consisting of two storeys and an attic, with three bays. The central doorway has a wooden lintel, a six-panel door that is part-glazed, and a timber porch topped with a hipped tile roof. The windows on the first and second floors are all three-light, featuring wooden mullions and transoms, along with wooden lintels. In the attic, there are small two-light casement windows. The gable ends are coped and have kneelers. Inside, the house has chamfered spine beams and an open fireplace with a bressumer.
