Description
18 and 19 Calthorpe Road are two early 19th-century houses that form a pair. They are built of brick and have a stucco front. The buildings are three stories tall with a basement and feature a total of four windows across their façade. The central bay is pedimented and is flanked by single-window widths. There are two entrances, which are accessed by stone steps and have panelled doors, overlights, and stone doorcases. The ground floor of No. 18 has a 16-pane sash window, while No. 19 features a French door with margin lights and an overlight. Both houses have four sash windows on the first and attic floors, all of which include glazing bars. The central bay is accented by flanking pilasters, and there is a wide eaves soffit. The interiors have not been inspected.
