Description

Tudor Cottage is a mid-to-late 17th-century house, with an 18th-century extension to the right. It was originally two cottages. The exterior is of colourwashed coursed limestone rubble with a gabled thatched roof and brick end stacks. The building follows a 4-unit outshut plan and has one storey and an attic, with a 4-window front. Timber lintels are above a 20th-century door on the right side, and there are 20th-century casement windows. A Sun Alliance fire insurance plaque is visible on the left side of the building. Inside, there is an open fireplace and a chamfered beam.
