Description
This is an 18th-century barn located approximately 25 meters northwest of the farmhouse at Epwell Grounds Farm. It is constructed from coursed ironstone rubble and features a steeply pitched roof covered with corrugated iron over thatch. The gables are coped with stone, and the left gable is made of brick. The barn consists of eight bays and has a roof structure that includes principal rafters, common rafters, side purlins, and a ridge pole. Additionally, it has ironstone quoins and a weather-vane.
