Description

This barn, located approximately 10 meters southwest of Poplar's Farmhouse, dates from the late 17th century to early 18th century. It is constructed of squared coursed ironstone and features a steeply pitched stone slate roof that is laid in diminishing courses. The gables are stone-coped and include moulded kneelers. The barn has wide plank doors with a wood lintel and displays two rows of brick pigeon nesting holes. Inside, there is a four-bay butt purlin roof.
