Description

Tysoe Hill Barn is an 18th-century barn constructed from squared coursed ironstone, topped with a stone slate and slate roof. The barn features three bays and has double plank doors at the center, which are supported by a wooden lintel. A moulded stone eaves cornice runs along the top, and there is a plinth at the rear. Inside, the roof is supported by queen strut roof trusses with collars, while the tie beams are chamfered and have run-out stops.
