Description
This is an 18th-century barn located adjacent to the stable yard at numbers 1 and 2, known as Eastcote House. It is constructed from coursed squared limestone and features a slate roof. The barn consists of four bays and has opposed openings, although the opening at the rear has been blocked with brick. The gables are coped with ironstone and include kneelers, while the corners of the structure are accentuated with ironstone quoins. The roof is supported by tie-beam trusses with struts to the principal rafters and has two tiers of purlins.
