It is constructed of coursed ironstone rubble, featuring ashlar quoins and dressings. The roof is slate, with stone coped gables and moulded kneelers. There are brick ridge and end stacks. The building has a three-unit plan with a single-storey section on the right and is two storeys high. It has a five-window range and a panelled door, with a 20th-century porch. The ground and first floors have three-light wood casements with wood lintels. The interior has not been inspected.
