Cottage. C17/18. Regular coursed ironstone rubble. Thatched roof. Ironstone quoins. 2 brick end stacks on stone bases. 2-unit plan. Single storey plus attic. Entrance to left has 6-panelled door, plain wooden frame and wooden lintel. C20 casements to left and 3-light casements to right, both with wooden lintels. Two 2-light casements to attic with wooden lintels. Interior not inspected.
