House. Probably early C18. Regular coursed ironstone rubble. Steeply pitched C20 tile roof. 2 brick end stacks. 2-unit plan. Single storey plus attic. Central C20 door flanked by two 3-light metal casement with wrought iron casements fasteners. 3 similar windows to attic. All windows have chamfered lintels. Ironstone quoins. Woodlands is situated at right angles to Workhouse Lane.
