Description

This building is a cottage located in Grafton Underwood, dating from the 17th to 18th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features a notably thick thatched roof with brick stacks at each end. The cottage has one storey and an attic. On the ground floor, there are two 2-light casement windows, with the right window being iron-framed and gudgeon-hung, both having wooden lintels. The attic includes a central 3-light eyebrow dormer, which likely has original leaded glazing, with the right-hand light opening on HL hinges. The entrance is situated in a single-storey 20th-century addition at the rear. The interior has not been inspected.
