Description
These are three cottages, probably from the 18th century, located in Grafton Underwood. They are built from coursed limestone and rubble, topped with a thatched roof and featuring brick ridge and end stacks. The cottages are one storey high with an attic. The doors and windows are from the 20th century and have wooden lintels.
Cottage No. 4 has a central door, with a two-light window to the left and a three-light window to the right. There are similar windows above as eyebrow dormers. Cottage No. 5 has a door to the left and a two-light window on both the ground floor and in the attic. Cottage No. 6 also has a door to the left, with a three-light window on both the ground floor and in the attic. The south gable end features a single-light iron-framed gudgeon-hung casement window. There is a 20th-century outshut at the rear. The interiors have not been inspected.
