Description
Resthaven is a house dating from the early 19th century. It features a rusticated stucco ground floor and a stucco first floor, topped with a stone slate roof. The building has rendered, clustered stacks on the left side and stands three storeys high with a two-window range. The entrance, located to the right, includes a Tuscan porch and a panelled door with two glazed panes and an overlight that has a geometrical pattern. To the left of the entrance is a sash window with glazing bars, a stone case, and a cornice. The first floor has two sash windows, both with stone cases and cornices, while the second floor has two similar windows without cornices. Flanking pilasters extend through the first and second floors, and the building features a wide eaves soffit. The interior has not been inspected.
