House. Early C19. Rusticated stucco ground floor and stucco first floor. Stone slate roof. Rendered, clustered stacks to left. 3 storeys; 2-window range. Entrance to right has Tuscan porch, panelled door with 2 glazed panes and overlight with geometrical pattern. Sash to left has glazing bars, stone case and cornice. First floor has 2 sashes with stone cases and cornices. 2 similar windows to second floor without cornices. Flanking pilasters through first and second floor. Wide eaves soffit. Interior not inspected.
