Description

This barn, dating from the late 17th century to early 18th century, is located approximately 60 meters west of Park Farmhouse on Banbury Road in Kidlington. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble and features a gabled stone-coped stone slate roof. The barn has a six-bay plan with a threshing floor positioned to the right of the center, a full-height entry, and ventilation slits. Inside, there is a six-bay collar-truss roof supported by butt purlins and windbraces. Attached to the barn is a one-storey outbuilding made from similar materials.
