Description

Roundham Lock on the Oxford Canal is a lock built in the mid-19th century. It features retaining walls made of English bond brick topped with limestone ashlar coping. The lock has wooden gates that operate with cast-iron winching runners. The Oxford Canal itself was completed in 1790.
